The Wine & Stories Dinner Series
Chateau Yering X Warramunda Estate
Thursday 30th April
Robert, Irene and their daughter Olivia (Liv) Magdziarz purchased Warramunda Vineyards, in 2007 and produced their first vintage in 2013. Their vision was to create estate-grown wines which reflect the purity of each variety and the distinct qualities of the Coldstream site.
Warramunda Estate practices sustainable viticulture which in part combines the application of both organic and bio-dynamic philosophies. Their focus, from the earth to the vine, relies primarily on managing the microfloras that exist in the soil. The wines are naturally fermented utilising wild yeasts from the vineyard with minimal intervention through the wine making process.
Eleonore’s presents a shared Spanish tapas style dining experience of five courses as a base to explore the determination of the Warramunda’s Viognier, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Cabernet and a unique Fortified Viognier. The bespoke handcrafted wine, the quality of fruit and the personal commitment will reflect in a menu of the finest quality produce, prepared with utmost care and passion.
Four course ‘shared style’ set menu with canapés on arrival and matched wines.
