A medium-bodied wine with a silky texture enhanced by flavours of lush velvety chocolate, blackcurrant, mulberry and spiced plums.

Grown on the highest block of the home vineyard, we hand-picked each parcel of grapes and kept some as whole berries and crushed the rest before combining all parcels together before fermentation.
Fermentation took place in open vats at cool temperature to preserve aromatic detail and to maintain soft tannins for a silky structure.
