Packed with high-intensity fruit, delivered with seamless elegance. Flavours of cranberry, red currant and cherry are tight, fresh and crunchy.

The wine opens with perfume scents, brooding red fruits and earthy black forest. Fragrantly spiced and brightly lifted, this bouquet sets the scene.
The fruit was hand-picked and added to two separate ferments – a whole berry ferment to highlight the vibrancy and clarity of fruit and another 100% whole bunch ferment to highlight the spice and savoury attributes of this fruit.
Both ferments occurred naturally in open-top pots, hand-plunged and occasionally foot-stomped. The focus was to create a delicate extraction and maintain freshness and balance. No additions were made and the wines sat on full yeast lees in old barrels for 14 months prior to racking and blending the two parcels.
This wine was bottled in October 2018 without any fining or filtration. We wanted to bring you wine with an uncensored aroma, flavour and texture.Variety: Pinot Noir Clone: MV6 Year Planted: 1999
