The Terms and Conditions on this page are set out by Warramunda Estate Pty Ltd ABN:63640904423 and govern your usage of this website and any purchases made through this website. Before submitting any purchase through this website you the ‘customer’, ‘user’, ‘visitor’ have agreed to the following terms and conditions:
Warramunda Estate will not sell alcohol to persons under the age of 18 years.
All orders are subject to the stock being available at the time of delivery.
After you have submitted an order you may not cancel that order without our consent. For orders requiring international delivery, Warramunda Estate cannot consent to cancellation where your order has been processed outside of Australia.
Warramunda Estate reserves the right to cancel your order at any time. We will notify this action by email or telephone, using the contact details provided with your order. We will refund the monies paid using the original method received.
Prices of any given product or service supplied by Warramunda Estate are subject to change without notice.
The content of this website is protected by copyright. No material from the website can be copied or reproduced without the express permission in writing from Warramunda Estate.
Wine faults will be assessed case by case and replacement is at the sole discretion of Warramunda Estate. To request a replacement you must be the original purchaser and have purchased the product directly from Warramunda Estate. You must return the original bottle (at least half full) to Warramunda Estate at your own cost. We reserve the right to substitute the vintage for replacement.
Warramunda Estate cannot deliver to PO Boxes. You must provide a physical address where your wine can be accepted and signed for delivery between the hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm on weekdays only.
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include all Australian taxes.
Delivery charges will apply for delivery within Australia to non-metropolitan areas and for delivery to Western Australia and some Queensland postcodes.
If a delivery charge is applicable to your order this will be calculated and notified to you before confirming your order through this website.
All orders are pending stock confirmation. Warramunda Estate reserves the right to amend or limit the quantities of wine you can order through this website and cannot guarantee supply of the quantities requested in your order.
Delivery is deemed to be complete when the order is received and signed for at the address you have specified for delivery. You are required to notify us within 10 days from the date of delivery if you are concerned about the quality/condition of the products received.
Warramunda Estate takes no responsibility for loss, theft or damage of goods once delivered by our delivery agent and signed for at the address you have specified for delivery.
Lost or damaged wine (by breakage) during the delivery process will be replaced or the full value of those products be refunded by mutual agreement.
Under no circumstances can Warramunda Estate guarantee delivery within our advertised delivery time frames. We endeavour to deliver promptly within these time frames but they should be used as a guide only.
In the event that computer error results in a material misstatement of the price of your order Warramunda Estate may, prior to your receipt of the order or at any time thereafter, require that you the customer pay the difference between the amount actually paid in respect of your order and the correct amount payable.
Warramunda Estate and its delivery agents insurance don’t cover any real or perceived damage/stress to wine quality due to heat or temperature issues. We use every care during the delivery procedure to reduce the risk of heat damage.
Supply of liquor to minors
To purchase alcohol, you must be 18 years old or older. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. It is an offence to sell, supply to, or obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years – Liquor Act 1982.
CARNIVAL SPRING SALE T&C
1. Promotion Name and Organiser
Carnival Spring Sale (the “Promotion”) is organised by Warramunda Estate Pty Ltd ABN:63640904423 ("we”, "us”, “Warramunda Estate”, or "the Organiser").
2. Application of Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to those (“you”) who make orders for wines that forms part of the Promotion. We may modify these terms and conditions by posting them on the Online Store. If you do not agree to any changes, you may choose not to purchase from us.
3. Promotion
- The Promotion applies only to Liv Zak 2022 Vintage Brut and Liv Zak 2022 Sparkling Rose purchased on the Warrarmunda Estate Online Store (located at https://warramundaestate.com.au/) (the “Online Store”) between 08th November 2024 and end 22nd November 2024 or until such time that the organisers physical stock levels of the Liv Zak 2022 Vintage Brut and Liv Zak 2022 Sparkling Rose are depleted.
- As part of the Promotion, the general offer would be a 30% discount of a purchase of a minimum of 6 bottles. Wine Club members with received additional 10% discount of a purchase of a minimum of 6 bottles when you enter the code that send via EDM.
- The promotion code is only applied one time when a club member purchases.
- For the avoidance of doubt, it is a breach of these Terms to enter a fake name, address, email, or phone number when purchasing the product in this campaign.
4. Purchase Exclusions
- You are not entitled to any further discounts or to apply any further discount than already deducted in your purchase of Carnival Spring Sale.
- If you are not wine club members, you couldn’t redeem the discount code to purchase the product unless you registered as wine club members.
- In the case that listed Organiser sells out of in-stocked Liv Zak 2022 Vintage Brut and Liv Zak 2022 Sparkling Rose during the listed campaign period of 08th November 2024 and end 22nd November 2024, the campaign will be stopped prior to the campaigns scheduled end date. All marketing materials will be removed from the marketing channels utilised by the Organiser and the offer will be terminated and no longer be honoured by the campaign Organiser effective immediately.
5. Return and Refund
- Unless we otherwise agree and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or otherwise at law, we do not provide credits or returns on the purchase products.
6. General
- If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Organiser, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Organiser may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
- Without limiting any other paragraph and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or otherwise at law, the Organiser may at its discretion amend any aspect of this Promotion or of these terms.
- Nothing in these Terms and Conditions, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act (Cth) or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”).
- The Organiser and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) by any person in connection with this Promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law) including the Non-Excludable Guarantees.
- A reference in these Terms of Entry or the Schedule or in any advertisement relating to this Promotion to ‘dollars’ or ‘$’ is a reference to the lawful currency of Australia.
WARRAMUNDA & GOOD FOOD AND WINE COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
0. COMPETITION NAME AND ORGANISER
The Warramunda & Good Food and Wine competition (the “Competition”) is organised by Warramunda Estate Pty Ltd ABN:63640904423 ("we”, "us”, “Warramunda Estate”, or "the Organiser").
1. KEY DETAILS

Competition Period: Starts 10am (AEST) on 30 May 2025 and ends at 5pm (AEST) on 01 June 2025.
Prize Draw: This is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining the winner. The prize draw will take place on 5 June 2025. The first one (1) valid entry randomly drawn will receive the Prize.
Prize: There is one (1) available prize to be won in this Competition, for the wines (defined below) valued at $600rrp. The winner will be winning 12 bottles of mixed Warramunda Estate & Liv Zak Wine to the value of $600rrp.
Publication of Winner: The winner’s name and state, territory or country of residence will be published on the Warramunda Instagram page.
Notification of Winner: The winner will be notified via the email supplied in the form on the Google Form on 5 June 2025. If a winner does not respond to their notification method, the Organisers will use reasonable steps to re-contact the winner via the email and phone number supplied. The winner must reply to the email notification of win to confirm the delivery.
2. APPLICATION OF TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to those (“you”, “entrant/s”) who enter into the Competition. We may vary these terms and conditions by posting them on the Warramunda Estate website (located at https://warramundaestate.com.au/)
3. ENTRY
- By entering the Competition, you accept these Terms and Conditions.
- Entry into the Competition is open only to entrants who comply with the Entry Requirements.
- To enter the Competition, entrants must follow the Entry Mechanic (as outlined in clause 6 below).
- Entrants can only enter the Competition once during the Competition Period.
- For the avoidance of doubt, it is a breach of these Terms and Conditions to enter a fake name, email, phone number whilst entering the Competition.
- The Organiser reserves the right to verify that entrants have used their correct name and personal details when entering the Competition or at any time thereafter.
- Entries must be received by WarramundaEstate during the Competition Period.
- Warramunda Estate accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.
- Warramunda Estate has no control over communications networks or services, the internet, or computer or telephone networks or lines and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, whether due to technical malfunction or otherwise.
- Warramunda Estate is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred.
- As a condition of entry, entrants must consent to the use of personal information (name, email address and phone number) for direct marketing purposes, such as such as offering new Warramunda Estate products and services and notifications of developments to existing Warramunda Estate products and services. If a person does not wish to consent the use of personal information as listed in this clause, the person should not enter the Competition.
4. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- Entrants to the Competition must satisfy all of the following criteria:
- hold a valid ticket to the 2025 Good Food and Wine show;
- be at least 18 years of age; and
- follow the Entry Mechanic.
- Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors (and their Immediate Families) of:
- Warramunda Estate and
- the agencies or companies associated with this Competition, are ineligible to enter.
- For the purpose of clause 5(b), Immediate families means spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same household as the director, manager, employee, officer or contractor.
5. ENTRY MECHANIC
- To enter, entrants:
- must scan the QR code available on various strut cards located in the Warramunda Estate table at the 2025 Good Food and Wine show;
- complete all required text fields in the form on the Competition Form; and
- accept the terms and conditions and subscribe to receive updates, news and marketing materials from Warramunda Estate to the supplied email address and phone number. (together, the “Required Information”);
- It is the responsibility of each entrant to notify the Organiser of any change to their contact details.
- Entries are deemed to be received at the time and on the date that the entrant supplies the Required Information via the email.
6. PRIZE DRAW
- Warramunda Estate’s decision in relation to all aspects of this Competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The Prize will be awarded to the winner drawn in accordance with the Prize Draw.
- The winner will be notified in accordance with the Notification of Winner.
- Warramunda Estate may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any or all entries from, and prohibit further participation in this Competition by, any person who fails to provide adequate identification to the satisfaction of Warramunda Estate, or who tampers with or benefits from the manipulation of, or tampering with, the Entry Mechanic or the operation of the Competition or acts in violation of these Terms and Conditions, acts in a disruptive manner, is drunk or disorderly, or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
- If, due to any reason whatsoever, Warramunda Estate becomes aware after an entrant has won a Prize that the entrant has not complied with these Terms and Conditions, Warramunda Estate reserves the right to revoke the Prize, even if Warramunda Estate has announced them as a winner and published their name on the Instagram page. The Organiser may at its sole discretion then conduct such further draws of the Prize.
- If the winner fails to respond within 28 days of the Notification of Winner procedure, subject to any written directions by a relevant authority, the Organiser may at its sole discretion deem the Prize forfeited and conduct such further draws until a further winner confirms acceptance of their Prize.
- The Prize is not transferable.
7. PRIVACY
- The information entrants provide will be used by Warramunda Estate for the purpose of conducting this Competition. By entering this Competition and in accordance with the Privacy Policy (link to the policy is found in clause 8(c) below), entrants’ consent to the storage of their personal information on the databases of Warramunda Estate and its related bodies corporate and Warramunda Estate and its related bodies corporate may use this information for future promotional and marketing and data research purposes regarding their products and services including (where the entrant has opted in) contacting entrants via electronic messaging.
- Warramunda Estate may disclose entrants’ personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this Competition or communicating with entrants.
8. GENERAL
- If for any reason any aspect of this Competition is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Organiser, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Competition, the Organiser may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition.

The Organiser may then at its sole discretion deem the Prize forfeited and conduct such further draws until a further winner confirms acceptance of their Prize.
- Nothing in these Terms and Conditions, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act (Cth) (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”).

- The words ‘such as’, ‘including’, ‘particularly’ and similar expressions in these Terms and Conditions are not used as, nor are they intended to be interpreted as, words of limitation.
