Cabernet Franc was picked early and gently pressed to barrel, fermented wild before going through secondary fermentation in bottle. This traditional-method sparkling wine was aged on lees for 19 months then disgorged and given a light dosage prior to release.
Vintage Description
2022 Good rainfall during winter through to an early warm Spring. Followed by daily varied maximum temperature throughout till a hot and dry December. Massive dump of rain during January followed by a cool growing season that delayed picking till late February and early March.
