This Single Vineyard site is situated on the north-facing slopes of Coldstream in the Yarra Valley, Subtle nuances in altitude, aspect and soil type guide the viticulture and winemaking. 80/20% whole berries/bunches. A bright ruby red. An open and attractive nose with crushed raspberries, cranberries and a touch of violet, medium bodied, warm spice is interlaced with cherry and sour plums showcasing a stunning Coldstream vintage.
